Hi,
We’ve modified “Terms and Conditions” a bit. It includes some important changes so we inform of it in this article.

Extended Usage

The usage for our presets is extended! See “2.2. Usage of Presets”.

Before:

For example, you cannot make a sample library using our presets unless we approve it.

Now:

For example, though some of our presets include wavetables, with which you can create new presets by your own, you cannot publish those presets along with our wavetables packaged (because it virtually means you resell our wavetables).

On the other hand, you can sell sound files made with our presets if they’re exported as audio files such as wav, aif, mp3. Since no one can restore presets from audio files, we have no reason to discourage them. In that case, we’d be rather happy if you let us know about it.

The condition before was unnecessarily too much strict. We changed our mind. It’s welcome thing for our presets to be used for loop sample pack, because it could be a proof of our sound quality(*゚▽゚*)

Clearer Disclaimer

Another important change is made on “3.4. Important Changes”.

Before:

If you disagree with these changes, you have to contact us to abrogate the agreement you have made. But in that case you must stop using our products,.

Now:

If you disagree with these changes, you have to contact us to abrogate the agreement you have made. But in that case you must stop using our products, and refunding for them is not available.

We clarified the unavailability of refunding when you disagree to changes on Terms & Conditions.

We’re always trying to serve the best customer experience!
