1. Data We Collect

Personal Data
We only collect your name and mail address. Since we sell only digital downloads, we don’t demand any further personal information such as your phone number or address.

These data will be used for the following purposes:

  • To send mails regarding your purchase.
  • To send mails regarding your account management. (e.g. Change passwords)
  • To send mails about important information of the website. (e.g. Modification on our terms & conditions)
  • To identify the customers who contact us via contact form.
  • To send our newsletter.

And if you don’t want to receive our newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Network Data
We collect some network related data such as your IP address or the country from which you access and so on.
It could be used in an extreme rare case where a person with specific ID or people in a specific country attack our website and we have to block them.
Cookies

We use cookies to improve your user experience. For example, the “cart” system in our shop is made using cookies.
Cookies are small files that are sent to your device from our website, with which we can remember which product you put in your cart (and so on). You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but it means you disable these features in our website.

2. External Services We Use

WooCommerce
Our shop is powered by WooCommerce. Their privacy policy is described in this page. We do not use the data collected by them (e.g. your PayPal account) for any purpose unless it is necessary to solve customer queries such as refunding.
MailChimp
Part of our mailing system is powered by MailChimp. Their privacy policy is described in this page.
Jetpack
We use Jetpack’s site analytics system. You can read their privacy policy in this page.
Stripe
Credit card checkout in our store is done via Stripe. Their privacy policy is described in this page.

We have a system that save a credit card in your account so that you don’t need to enter card info everytime you make purchase. This system uses a secure method called Tokenization.

For customers to identify a card, credit card tokens include the last four digits of a card, the card brand/type, and its expiration date (displayed in your account page). But the rest of the information is stored only on Stripe side, never on our website.

Except for these systematic data transmission, we never share these data with anybody.

3. Security Measures

To protect the data we hold, we take sufficient security measures such as blocking repeated login attempt (brute-force attacks).

4. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our privacy policy. If important changes are made, we will notify you via e-mail or on our website blog. Changes to this privacy policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
