PLUGMON celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2025.
My journey as a UI designer began in February 2015, when I made my very first sale on Gumroad with a Zebra skin called “Pocket Modular.”

Looking back now, it feels almost like I released a piece that was still in draft form — rough sketch lines and all — and yet, at the time, I put it out into the world with absolute confidence (to be fair, there *were* genuine usability improvements in it).
Even so, people chose to spend their money on it, and that support is the reason PLUGMON exists today.
I continued my work while doing part-time jobs, and went fully independent as a designer in the spring of 2020. At the time, it was a leap taken without any certainty that it would work out. It feels nothing short of a miracle that this path eventually led to working with Roland and u-he.
I can never thank enough those who believed in and supported my work from such an early stage.
A Crazy Thank-You Sale
Normally, PLUGMON doesn’t run sales at all. In fact, over the past ten years, there has been only one — a celebratory sale in 2022 when Japan had an incredible run at the World Cup. That said, I had already decided years ago that when PLUGMON reached its 10th anniversary, I would do something special.
And so, to mark this major milestone, I’m running a truly wild sale: everything is $10, regardless of the original price!! 🎉
